Some Things to be Aware of
  • Water: The desert is a hot dry place. Even in a populated place like Las Vegas, be sure to drink plenty of fluids. Keep water at hand at all times. If you feel thirsty then you may already be dehydrated. Beer is no substitute for water.
  • Heat: Heat stroke can hit you any time. With the weather in Las Vegas at peak vacation season, heat stoke can get the best of us.
